WORK WITH ME PRIVATELY

Physical Therapy and Consultation

In my physical therapy practice, I prioritize training patients in appropriate self-care and providing manual therapy techniques such as dry needling and myofascial release. I also focus on appropriate progression of functional strength training so our results are sustainable.

I am currently seeing patients for physical therapy at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Asheville, NC. If you’d like to work together, please call 828-785-4700, extension #2 to inquire about scheduling.

I look forward to being part of your healing journey.

What my clients say

“I just wanted to say that I’m extremely grateful to have studied with you at Asheville Yoga Center and to have been part of the amazing program you put together during the pandemic. It is truly the most valuable professional development that I’ve ever engaged in, and I continue to make use of it in both my yoga and Pilates teaching. You’ve been an inspiration and an incredible mentor.”

-HOLLY HOLLAND

“I love studying with Libby through Anatomy Bites. As a new teacher I feel like I’ve got off to a great start with understanding why I’m doing what I’m doing and saying what I’m saying.”

-THIRZA PARTON

“Almost two years into Anatomy Bites! Feeling so much more comfortable in my approach to yoga across the board, including my own practice.”

-KATE

“Embodied Anatomy for Yoga Teachers is by far the easiest time I’ve had teaching anatomy to my trainees. This course is a life-saver. In the past, I tried different books, but none of them offered the practical knowledge that your course provides.”

-ANGELA, MAIN STREET YOGA

“Anatomy Bites has really informed my teaching and made me more confident about the knowledge I have as a teacher to share with my students.”
